One year ago, the “Star Wars” franchise was reawakened with the new film “The Force Awakens,” the beginning of the sequel trilogy following the events of “Revenge of the Sith.” The film was a critical and commercial success, becoming one of the highest-grossing films in history. But the “Star Wars” train is not stopping anytime soon. Next month, the first film in the “Star Wars Anthology” series, a collection of stand-alone films from the vast “Star Wars” universe that are not part of the main canon, will premiere in theaters.
