I've Changed - I Don't Dream
24 February 2012 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Enter "Johnny McKee" (Adam Rothenberg) - With his Creeped out Psychotic Mad Chemistry Set.

Dr Bannerjee is still in Coma - But she DREAMS. Sam Neill/Houser is Still a Jerky, won't do what is necessary to wake her up.

McKee is still carrying out his Agenda of "Destroying All Bullies" - This guy is one twisted F#. On one hand, I feel sorry for the guy, everyone was bullied by bullies when they were kids, even the bullies. The Alcatraz Flashback was pretty good, kind of surprised me, I should have figured it out but I didn't, and that makes a good story.

The people McKee is reacting to- ie, the smartass rude Asian guys, were big-time jerkies. Hell, I've SEEN this level of rudeness, it's common. Maybe McKee is triggered by these kinds of guys. His reaction, though, was always Overkill. But in a way, I'm on his side.

In Order to find out more of what motivates McKee, Madsen wants to have a chat with our Original '63 Jack Sylvane: It was interesting that Houser (Neill) would not allow Madsen to finish her questions, he seems to want to terminate the conversation before Madsen might discover what Houser is Hiding from her.

I don't know what McKee would have against a whole Bart Car filled with Sports Fans- Maybe it was just that they were Jocks. So maybe McKee's agenda was "Kill All Jocks and Fans of Sports" - An Agenda I may have taken up in High School, but I dropped LONG ago.

But unlike Jack Sylvane, some people DO not CHANGE.

What I see developing in this series, are the "MYTHOS" and "MONSTER of the WEEK" story lines which drove The X-Files. There is a good Mythos happening: Who are those guys behind Houser's Secret Door? And Dr Bannerjee is in on it, she is one of the 63's, she came forward.

Houser is a type of CGB Spender from X-Files, except that I have not seen him chainsmoke a pack of Morley Cigarettes yet.
