People's Choice Awards 2017: Atlanta, Grey's Anatomy Among TV Nominees

Welcome to the People’s Choice Awards, pretty much the only place you’ll see Phillip and Elizabeth Jennings and Uber A duking it out in the same category.

The AmericansPretty Little Liars, Atlanta and Baby Daddy are among the varied nominations for the 2017 honors, which were announced Tuesday. This year’s honorees also include OutlanderThe Walking DeadStranger Things and The Big Bang Theory.

Ratings: Lucifer Eyes 4-Week High

Making a Murderer Update: Judge Orders Brendan Dassey to Be Released

One of the subjects of Making a Murderer is about to walk free.

Brendan Dassey will be released from prison following a judge’s order on Monday, according to NBC affiliate TMJ4. Dassey’s murder conviction was overturned in August; prosecutors plan to retry him, but Monday’s ruling means Dassey can go free pending the state’s appeal.

Bones Final Season Trailer: Booth Fears Zack's 'Going to Kill' Brennan

The first extended look at Bones upcoming 12th and final season (bowing Tuesday, Jan. 3 on Fox) finds David Boreanaz’ G-man reeling from the disappearance of Emily Deschanel’s Brennan, who in last May’s finale was presumably abducted by ex-squintern Zack (Eric Millegan).
