We are looking for a talented software engineer to help us build the next generation of product features for our consumer and mobile web sites as well as our native applications on Android and iOS. We're looking for people that are excited and knowledgeable about developing on the web, mobile and back end services using the latest techniques and technologies and working with large data sets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent plus at least five years of experience in the job offered or related occupations
· Expertise in C++ or Java and object-oriented design in a UNIX or Linux environment
· Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX and HTML
· A solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
· Demonstrable computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
· A focus on clean code and solid designs
· Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· A Masters degree in computer science
· Experience with large-scale multi-tiered systems and service-oriented architecture
· Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python
· Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
