What is an RSS Reader and how do I get one?
An RSS reader, or aggregator, is a small software program that collects and displays RSS feeds. This tool lets you subscribe to any feeds you want, checks automatically to see when they're updated, and then displays the updates for you as they arrive. You can use an RSS reader through a browser or a standalone program.

How Do I Use RSS Feeds?
Each reader has a slightly different way of subscribing to a new feed. It is best, though to follow the instructions for your specific reader. Generally, you can select the feed icon 
on an NICHD webpage and an XML web page will display. Or you can copy the URL of this page into the news reader.
