Description:

Hotlines Europe Ltd, located in South Queensferry, are seeking a Sales and Tech Advisor to join our busy sales and customer support team.   This position is to support and grow our current business with bicycle retailers in the UK and overseas.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and be driven by the desire to hit targets.  

Key tasks within the role are:

• Answering incoming calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently using our bespoke software; including web order processing.
• Content management for the website.
• Hitting daily sales targets.
• Supporting our on-the-road sales team.
• Making outgoing sales calls to current and potential customers.
• Attending trade and consumer shows as required.

Beneficial Skills:

• Proactive sales skills.
• Proficient in customer service/client management.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible approach to work.
• Working knowledge and experience of all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Great communication skills.
• Hands on approach to learning new skills. 
• A can-do attitude is essential.

Experience:

• Experience in a sales and/or customer service role is essential.
• Experience within the cycle industry will be helpful but not essential.
• An interest in cycling is beneficial but not essential.
