Hello. Let's make better wikipedia, better world :>

My user name is come from wasabi. One of the spices mainly used in Sushi.

I live in Japan (one of the small islands in Asia).

When I was very little child, I lived in CA, US. My memory about US is mainly two things.

"US is very large", "Disneyland is very nice."

My main wiki is Japanese Wikipedia and sometimes Commons and English Wikipedia.

My Japanese account page is ja:User:Was_a_bee. I am a bot-operator at jawp(ja:User:wasabot).

My Commons account is commons:User:Was_a_bee.

My main interest area is philosophy (especially in philosophy of mind) and science(especially in neuroanatomy).

I wrote some articles about metaphysics, especially in philosophy of mind, and neuroanatomy at JAWP (List, through Google trans). Uploaded some images of brain to Commons(Gallery).

In 2010, I mainly focused on translation of wiki-related tools. I translated some great English, German tools and manuals into Japanese. I'm not good at programming. But JAWP is technically very old style. So I am trying to translate tools.

In 2012, my focus is shifted into anatomy again. Gyri, sulci and muscles are my current focus of interest. In addition, Year 2012 is nice year for me because Open Access movement is spreading gradually even in Japanese language region. Some millions of Japanese written OA articles are accumulated into cyberspace already. But search engines are useless in this field. Google scholar is hopelessly useless in Japanese language search.

List of tools which I have translated interfaces or manuals into Japanese
What I am translating now...
  • Lupin's Anti-Vandal Tool
    • difference between English and Japanese makes it difficult to work well(font size, encoding, etc). I'm trying to fix it.
What I am interested in...
Nice articles of Wikipedia Signpost
