Roche will help you up the wall and explain the situation. You'll encounter a mentally-disturbed sorceress. Move on toward the meeting with Letho. You'll be assaulted by Temerian soldiers. Fight them off. Your long search for Triss will end, surprisingly, with her under Letho's protection.
Go and talk with Letho. Share a vodka. Ask him about everything you can. He'll reveal the truth behind the story of the Kingslayers and Yennifer. When you tell him you want to finish this, he'll ask permisison to leave without a fight, promising never to be seen again. Let him go. Leave Loc Munne and it's troubles behind alongside Triss and Roche.
