Big Names On "Twin Peaks" Cast List Of 217

25 April 2016 9:43 AM, PDT | Dark Horizons | See recent Dark Horizons news »

The new "Twin Peaks" isn't slated to debut on Showtime until 2017, but a flurry of speculation about it happened last week with a tweet from Go For Locations indicating that filming had wrapped on the "first two seasons" of the series.

The episode count for the David Lynch-directed series was always in question, but that tweet suggested we'd be getting even more episodes than originally planned. Said tweet has since been deleted, so we'll have to wait to see how that pans out.

in the meantime in more official news, Showtime, Lynch and Mark Frost has released the official cast list for the new series with a whopping 217 names across the various episodes - a list that includes some real surprise big name inclusions such as Monica Bellucci, Michael Cera, Naomi Watts, Tim Roth, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Eddie Vedder, Ashley Judd, Ernie Hudson, Jim Belushi, Richard Chamberlain, Laura Dern, »

Rumours suggest at least two new seasons of Twin Peaks

17 April 2016 11:12 AM, PDT | Flickeringmyth | See recent Flickeringmyth news »

Back in 2014, it was confirmed that David Lynch and Mark Frost would be heading back to Twin Peaks courtesy of Showtime, for what was initially announced as a nine episode limited series.

That number was extended to an unspecified amount of episodes back in May of last year, and now after a mammoth 140-day shoot, it seems we may be getting two new seasons of the cult show, or possibly even more.

The following tweet was posted by Go For Locations – an account which has been reliable with its info on the production – before being removed; check it out via WelcomeToTwinPeaks…

Twin Peaks is set to air in early 2017, with Kyle MacLachlan reprising the role of Agent Dale Cooper. He is rumoured to be joined in the reunion by many returning stars such as Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne), Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer), Madchen Amick (Shelly Johnson), David Patrick Kelly (Jerry »

In the Rat Maze with The Hoarder: A Film Review

31 March 2016 4:00 AM, PDT | 28 Days Later Analysis | See recent 28 Days Later Analysis news »

Tagline: "His Collection is Almost Complete." *there are spoilers here. Director: Matt Winn. Writers: James Handel, Matt Winn and Chris Denne. Cast: Mischa Barton, Robert Knepper, Valene Kane, Charlotte Salt and Emily Atack. The Hoarder joins a growing collection of horror films set in a storage facility. From Storage (2009) to Self Storage (2013), this setting keeps production costs down and the characters trapped with the confines of a warehouse. This time, the characters are trapped like rats; but, something is trapped inside with them. A caged hamster symbolizes the characters' upcoming predicament. Meanwhile, the characters are so flawed by various vices that they are unable to help themselves or the others to escape. This makes the villain's murderous tasks that much easier. As well, The Hoarder offers a late social message on letting the past go. However, this message is acknowledged much too late by the protagonist; she is too busy covering up her indiscretions. »
