“Comedy Bang! Bang!” is ending after five seasons on IFC. The series started as a podcast hosted by Scott Aukerman and Reggie Watts. After it proved to be incredibly popular, IFC turned it into a series, featuring talk show-like segments and bizarre, surreal comedy. Aukerman broke the news on Twitter. “We’ve had a great run, and I couldn’t be more proud of the show. We have 10 final episodes premiering in October, and a great 2-part finale,” he wrote. Watts was the co-host and bandleader for most of the series, but departed in the middle of Season 4 to become the bandleader. »
