New Game Mode Announced For Death Star DLC In Star Wars Battlefront
Superhero Hype reports that during Gamescom, DICE and EA revealed the details for the Death Star DLC for Star Wars Battlefront. The new Battle Station game mode will have three phases.
The first phase is all space combat with Rebels flying X-Wings and A-Wings against the Empire’s TIE fighters and TIE interceptors. Rebels attack a Star Destroy looking for weak spots to get to the Death Star. Phase 2 has the players fighting inside the station to get a priority droid (with new hero characters Bossk and Chewbacca). The final phase is back in space with Rebels attacking the Death Star. Playable heroes on both sides include Luke Skywalker (with his Red-5 X-Wing) and Darth Vader (in his TIE Advanced). The Death Star mode debuts in September for season pass holders.
