Chrono Trigger
(SNES, DS, Wii)
Square's groundbreaking role-playing game -- featuring multiple sidequests and endings, a unique battle system, and gorgeously detailed sprite graphics -- was developed by a "dream team" including Hironobu Sakaguchi, Kazuhiko Aoki and composer Nobuo Uematsu, known for their works on the Final Fantasy series; and Yuuji Horii and artist Akira Toriyama, known for their works on the Dragon Quest series.
