First Blair Witch TV Spots Awaken a Terrifying Legend

2016 has been a pretty solid year for mainstream horror movies so far. Lights Out wound up being a very welcomed surprise, Don't Breathe is getting very positive early buzz, and The Conjuring 2 showed us how to do a horror sequel right. James Wan may have some competition for the best horror sequel of 2016 though, because Blair Witch, a sequel to The Blair Witch Project, is coming out next month. With the release date approaching, Lionsgate has decided to release two new TV spots for the highly anticipated sequel.

The first Blair Witch spot Lionsgate released is a pretty run-of-the-mill 30 second bit of footage, but it really gives a great sense of what audience members can expect from the movie. It features a lot of fast paced cuts, lots of quick jump scares, and flashes of the house from the original movie. The second spot is actually a bit more revealing, »

Hugh Jackman Says Goodbye to Wolverine by Shaving His Chops

Just a few days ago, Hugh Jackman shared one final photo from New Mexico as production wrapped on Wolverine 3, which is set for release on March 3, 2017. Now that filming is completed, the countdown to the first trailer begins, although it's unclear when any footage, or even the official title for that matter, will be unveiled. While we wait for more information, Hugh Jackman shared a video on social media, with the actor saying goodbye for good to his Logan character's signature mutton chops.

Early this morning, the actor posted a brief eight-second video on Twitter where he's seen using an electric razor to shave off his Wolverine mutton chops. The actor also reveals that his wife, producer Deborra-Lee Furness, will be "very happy" that his facial hair is gone. Since the R-rated action-thriller Wolverine 3 will be Hugh Jackman's last turn as Logan/Wolverine, this video surely marks the end of his 16-year muttonchops era, »

A few months ago, a deleted scene animatic revealed a moment between Captain America (Chris Evans) and Black Widow that didn't make it into the movie. But this scene wasn't filmed, as far as we know. MoviePilot has obtained a description of »

A Madea Halloween, Focus' A Monster Calls, 20th Century Fox's Keeping Up With the Joneses, Universal's Ouija: Origin of Evil and PureFlix's I'm Not Ashamed. Also opening that weekend »
