Hello. Shall we play a game?

I have been gaming for over 20 years. In that time I have played many, many, many games. And there have been many, many, many games I bought I never beat, completed fully, or even played! It's because, like everyone else, I can't resist getting the newest games! There are so many of them, and they all seem really good! But my gaming backlog keeps growing and my bank account keeps shrinking. 2010 looks to be another year of amazing titles, and will prove too much for my backlog to take. I say, "No more!"

I've made a pledge: No new games in 2010!!! That's right: I will attempt not to buy or play any new games released in 2010; only focus on my current collection.

Impossible you say? Crazy you say? Perhaps. But I'm commited to trying. So follow my blog as I attempt to purge my backlog of games. And the year of 2010 gaming is not about the future, but my past.

Besides, I'm doing this not only for myself, but gamers with unplayed/unfinished games all over the world. Start!
