Nasty 2002 NSPCC PIF.

This is one of those clever audio ones where you don’t actually see what’s happening, therefore making the implication much more horrific. It’s nothing more than a full minute of an absolute psycho beating the living daylights out of his child – and yes, you get to hear the poor thing screaming in agony, so don’t worry.

The whole point of only hearing it is to show you how sometimes you might actually hear something like this through the walls, which can happen in some cases. I find this PIF quite chilling, and it’s all the better for not showing the actual violence taking place. Just hearing it is disturbing enough.
