Its ten spotless, modern, air-conditioned guest rooms feature lots of wardrobe space, a laptop safe, an LCD TV, free wired Internet, a mini bar and an en suite bathroom with amazing power shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony, and there is also secure parking. The staff speak limited English but can't do enough for you. A really gorgeous boutique hotel in an elegant building in Palermo's historic centre, 700 yards from the city's cathedral and the train station, 100 yards from the bus depot. Each of the 18 roomy, beautiful suites has traditional wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, refined light-wood furniture, works of art hanging on the walls, and powerful air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Some offer a romantic atmosphere thanks to a four-poster bed, and some have a furnished balcony or terrace. The stylish family rooms are comfortable and enormous by Italian hotel standards. The neighborhood is a bit rundown, but this is common in Palermo, and it's just off the main shopping avenue. Free parking is a big plus. Read more....
