I increased my battery life by a lot
I set up my Olympus M10 Mark II to NOT auto display photos I've taken on LCD. It doesn't display photos until I push the Display Button.
I also turned off the auto eye detect for EVF. Now I push the button on side of EVF to change between EVF or LCD.
I'm taking photos outdoors on sunny days now using EVF while taking photos. Not using LCD to compose at all. I'm using LCD only when I want to view Info, Menu, SCP, or review a photo by manually pressing the review button.
I don't know how much longer my battery will last, but I expect to get at least 500 shots per battery, maybe 600.
This setup has the added advantage of working like I'm used to with Canon Rebel T2i and Nikon D3300 or D5500. I'm starting to feel comfortable with my M10-II now. It feels very DSLR like now, but still with mirrorless advantages.
