Why a DSLR over a 4/3?

Im considering the gx85 now.

But I want to know, what are the benefits of a DSLR like the D5500 over the GX85?

Someone once mentioned to me 4/3 are now good for fast moving objects, ie sport? Is that still true.

Just trying to get some unbiased rational opinions here..
