As the website shares, Yelchin’s car was the same “model that Fiat Chrysler recently recalled after its unconventional gear shifter led to several documented rollaway accidents.”

SPOILERS AHEAD: ’Penny Dreadful’: Fresh Off Its Most Shocking Death, The Show Is Officially Coming To An End

9 hours ago | Indiewire Television | See recent Indiewire Television news »

Spoilers ahead for the Season 3 finale of “Penny Dreadful.”

Is this really “the end” for “Penny Dreadful” fans? Last night’s Season 3 finale closed out with a genuinely shocking death, as leading lady Eva Green’s Vanessa Ives character was unexpectedly shot to death by John Hartnett’s werewolf character Ethan Chandler. The death, final as it seemed to be, was made even more clearly, well, final, when the show closed out with a funeral for Vanessa and a title card that read “The End.” (In the world of television and movies, deaths hardly ever seem to really mark the end, so forgive us for leaning so hard in to the finality of it all. This never happens!)

So,with the death of Vanessa, is the entire show itself really over? Yes.

A highlight of the battle came early on, as Jon stood bewildered while a cavalcade of mounted soldiers battered each other all around him. Jon tried to contribute as best he could in the chaos, »
