A judge has delayed Mark Salling's trial on child pornography charges. During a hearing Monday, a judge granted the Glee actor's request to find a new attorney, and the original trial date of July 12 was taken off the calendar to accommodate the new legal counsel, a United States District Attorney's Office spokesperson said. No new trial date has been set, and a status conference - a hearing in which trial dates are set - is scheduled for Sept. 19. Salling, 33 was named in a two-count indictment on May 27.
