You need to get PTLENS - it is both a stand-alone application, and also a photoshop/lightroom plugin. Does a very nice job. A good filter for perspective correction as well.

One thing video guys seem to recommend is converting the files to apple pro res - it's a large gamut universal format - and working from there with whatever software you choose.
