OnePlus' sophomore model OnePlus 2 aims, like its predecessor, the OnePlus One, to offer the specification of a high-end phone at a budget price point. To a degree this concept seems to work. The camera's 13MP resolution isn't anything out of the ordinary these days but optical image stabilization and a laser-assisted AF system are usually only found on expensive top-end models.
Images are captured through an F2.0 lens with six elements and in low light a dual-LED flash helps getting your skin tones right. The One Plus Two is capable of recording 4K video and 720p slow-motion footage at 120 frames per second. For image viewing and composition there is a 5.5-inch 1080p LCD display which in terms of resolution is not quite on the same level as the quad-HD screens on the latest generation of flagship devices from most other manufacturers.
OnePlus' own OxygenOS operating system which is based on Android 5.1 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 or 4GB of RAM. Users can also pick from version with 16 or 64GB of storage. Power is provided by a 3,300 mAh battery.
