9A-1.04 CREATION OF REGISTRIES
(1) Sex Offender Registry. There is hereby established a sex offender registry, which Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee shall maintain and operate pursuant to the provisions of this Code, as currently written or hereafter amended. (2) Public Sex Offender Registry Website. There is hereby established a public sex offender registry website, which Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee shall maintain and operate pursuant to the provisions of this Code, as currently written or hereafter amended. Any tribal specific national website provided or approved by the Office of Sex Offender Managing, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) shall qualify as a public sex offender registry website under this Code.
