If he really used the camera, the logo along with buttons, dials and the eyelets for straps would have fallen off on its own!

Hmmm just get a LX100 and be done with it. Has a bright zoom lense with wide angle and large sensor. Compact and versatile. Supposedly great IQ and 4k quality.
-
U.S. dont have that option unfortunately. Definitely add the PL15 to the collection.
-
With a budget of 1000euros, I would suggest you get the body only option and get the 14-140 zoom for maximum versatility, outdoor use. For a prime lens, I would suggest the PL15mm F1.7. Fast af ...

What might be considered bad ergonomics to a few can easily be considered great ergonomics for a few. For anyone interested in any camera, the best thing to do is go and try it yourself.

What's the point of this article? It's nothing but rehash of the spec sheet.

Wouldnt continual support of a company with crappy QC and customer service just empowers and encourages them to do more of the same? I always believe in sending a message with my wallet.

Yes the price is another ridiculous aspect of it. Its worth it if you really like Sony cameras and dont mind the size all the time.

People will buy what they like. There's no changing their minds otherwise no one would ever buy Italian cars and most German cars and probably all american cars.

You can ignore all you want don't matter to me. To each their own. It still doesnt negate the fact that the RX10 is a ridiculously big behemoth. Made even more ridiculous when you dont or cant ...

Any Panasonic and Olympus body with the Panasonic 14-140II len would be at or smaller than that thing. Weather sealing and 4k? GH4 and GX8 with the 14-140II. Weather sealed lens? Panasonic 12-60 ...

The RX10 is by no means compact. It's a giant behemoth. Ridiculously so.

Don't forget the PL15 1.7!

Different kind of camera. Its for the people that can't bother to change lenses. Also, to get a 10x zoom on a m43 camera, it will by no means pocketable. It's about the camera as a whole.
-
That's actually not true. I dont have such issues using my 15.
-
Or better yet, just ignore all of this and go take pics. Everybody is right and everybody is wrong. Why waste time and have these armchair arguments where nobody wins.
-
I think what people "see" is that f2 on m43 must equal f4 on ff. If you slap the PL15 1.7 on a ff camera, it will still provide f1.7 amount of light, only to half the sensor, cuz the lense will ...

I would but I already have the 15 and lovde it.

What abt within the superzoom category? Looking at your link, Sony has quite a showing with its mirrorless showing. Proves my point, no?

Oh I'm not in any dilemmas lol. Just merely suggesting how the OP can solve his GAS issues.
