Pregnant and living in an area with Zika? Protect yourself, your family, and your community from Zika by using insect repellent and wearing protective clothing to keep mosquitoes from biting you. CDC recommends wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and socks, using EPA- registered insect repellent with one of the following active ingredients: DEET, picaridin, IR3535, oil of lemon eucalyptus, or para-menthane-diol.
