Why did the NX1 failed?

Tecnoworld say that Samsung normaly don't do in their firmwares what costumers ask them to do.

I really don't understand how a brand wants to conquer a market, when it doesn't do what costumers ask, and in fact seems to ignore them...

I wonder if this is why samsung failled...

I'm new to mirrorless. I bought my first mirrorless camera one year ago, more or less... I only have Samsung cameras

From what I noticed every people have respect for the NX1. In fact, there are several Canon and Sony users that say it is the best mirrorless APSC camera ou there. So why did it fails? If the NX1 is the best why didn't people buy it? Or refuse to buy it?

I see sony users cirticizing their cameras, but Samsung NX1 users normaly don't say bad things about the Nx1, why is that?

I'm trying to buy the best mirroress camera for 1000$, for video only, I can get, but it is getting too complicated. Because it is leading me to buy the NX1, wich is going to be a dead system in a few years... I mean I want to buy the NX1, because I don't have to invest further in lenses, but I also want to buy the best camera out there for video...

Usualy the best team wins, why isn't the case with the NX1?

In terms of IQ (lets forget the lenses) what is the best system today? The NX1 or the A6300? I'm talking about 4K image for video (in lowlight namely). Because I cannot see diferences in good light betwen any APSc camera

I try to ask for a detailed comparison between the NX1 and the A6300, but youtubers, such as Dan Watson, not eve mentioned the NX1, as a competitor agains the A6300 in this review. Why is that?
