"It has definitely been a season of ups and downs, but just knowing that it's Josh and I in the end makes it all worth it," Dorfman, 27, tells PEOPLE exclusively.
For now, the couple – who are both from Atlanta – are just "enjoying being engaged" and plan to move in together later this year.
"We pretty much have been living with each other for these two months," says Murray, 29. "We've been over at each other's houses all the time."
Adds Dorfman: "That's important for us, especially because of how quickly we got engaged. I've learned so much about him in the past two months and I love him more now than I did when I got engaged."
The two are also in the early stages of planning a wedding and are eyeing a spring ceremony – and yes, America will be invited.
"As long as I get to marry him … and they have to show the reception," says Dorfman of airing their nuptials on TV. Adds Murray: "We'd have so much fun at the reception."
The lovebirds are also well aware of the obstacles that they face in the future, but are determined – and confident – that they'll be together forever.
"We spend so much time together," says Dorfman. "I know what kind of person he is, what values he has and I trust what we have. He is the only one in the world for me."
