After getting a cosmetic surgery, Brian becomes a real estate agent, only to get in trouble with Quagmire.
Another fine step towards the character derailment of Brian Griffin. After his performance in "Herpe, the Love Sore", I didn't think he could get any worse. And what do you know, he did. After Brian loses all of his teeth in an extremely grotesque accident caused by Peter, he gets new teeth with help from Quagmire. The new teeth lead to him becoming a real estate agent, and then, he sells Quagmire, the same person who helped him get the job, a horribly run down condo. He tries to hide from Quagmire for 72 hours so he can't back out of the deal, but Quagmire finds him. Understandingly angry, he calls out Brian for his treachery and scolds him. Brian seemingly realizes that he was wrong, and starts a deep speech praising Quagmire, but as he finishes that speech he says "And that is 72 hours, enjoy your (can't type in the remainder of this quote because this site won't let me.) That whole speech meant nothing. Brian was just burning time so Quagmire could be stuck in the deal. Sure, Quagmire hitting Brian with a lamp afterward is satisfying, but that doesn't change the fact that Quagmire still loses in the end. After he helped Brian. Yup, knowingly gives a baby herpes, tries to mooch of his son's success after abandoning him, and screws over the guy who helped him. And this is the same character that fans were begging to get back. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Brian supposed to be one of the characters we're rooting for? Why are the writers trying to make Brian look as bad as possible? Why? I can only see Brian as a full blown antagonist from this point on. He wasn't always like that. He was once an intellectual charming character. But I hate this character now. He has become the worst character on the show for me, even worse than Peter. I stand strong when I say Brian Griffin is the most despicable, immoral being ever constructed.
