Umair Shams joined CBRE Econometric Advisors in 2007. He is responsible for producing the analysis and forecasts for the U.S. and Canadian Office products. Umair holds a Master of Science degree in International Economics from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the George Washington University.
