When StanÂ's mom gets dumped for the umpteenth time by a boyfriend, she comes running to Stan for support. Feeling threatened by her always-visiting mother-in-law, Francine is determined to cut StanÂ's umbilical cord and figure out what keeps going wrong with the men in her life. Written by Anonymous
I really enjoyed this episode. I thought it was really funny. I absolutely hate Stan's Mother. She is way too needy, and honestly, I find her a little pathetic. If that makes me seem mean, fine. But, she is a fictional cartoon character, so I think my opinions don't really matter that much.
In this episode, Stan's Mother gets dumped for what seems like the six-thousandth time. So, she goes running to Stan for support, and love. Stan is a pretty good son to always take care of her. Francine feels a little threatened, so she is determined to cut the metaphorical umbilical cord between them, so she can figure out what keeps going wrong in her Mother-in-law's relationships. Meanwhile, Klaus catches a fish disease, and somehow gives it to Steve. Now they're forced to spend a lot of time together. And as it turns out, that's what Klaus wanted, so he purposely infected Steve.
