Waters and Stone are two nobody police officers who work in the evidence room of the Las Vegas Police Department. When Stone discovers an unusually high bail receipt in connection to a drug bust, the two friends set in motion a plan to find the source of the money.
Does the ending always have to be so politically correct these days? The woman surviving and all? That really pisses me off as I would love a Tarantino style ending where none of the partys involved make it.
This is my first review and as with most first reviewers, we simply get mad at a movie and the only way to express that ANGER is to write on.
What other people said..it's true, it is a very slow burner, lacking the general American flair of what desert heist movies should be. I mean even Boston gets more sunshine in movies. Obviously the blokes who made this thang grew up in a pretty cloudy place. Truthfully, all you have to do is go to London to get a general sense of how moody peeps can be and then you realize that there is a reason this movie was made the way it was. Its the weather I tell ya!
Generally, the film is really slow, nothing really happens, everything that happens is immediately predictable.
Nick has his moments, but they are sparse; and not as well captured. Another Director/ Producer would have done a better job at getting the yoke out of the Cage, but of course , The English son't like the drama.
In the end, the sole feeling I get from this movie is forgettable monotony.
