Stephen King - never a fan of Kubrick's film adaptation of his novel "The Shining" - started watching this documentary only to give up halfway through as he felt that the film-makers were reaching for things that simply weren't there.
The trivia item below may give away important plot points.
During the segment of the film where they are claiming that "The Shining" is a symbolic representation of the faked moon landing, the narrator talks about changing the room number from 217 to 237. He shows the key which reads, "ROOM No 237" and says that there are only two words you can make with the capital letters, room and moon. However this is untrue as you can also spell moron.
