Tamina is essentially the movie version of Farah, with a few subtle differences although her role in the plot is exactly like that of Farah. She is the princess of her realm, and annointed guardian of the Dagger of Time. She does not wield a bow and arrow, instead being more of a diplomat rather than a warrior. Originally, Tamina (Tahmina/Tahmineh) is one of the female characters in the Shahnameh. Her name is mentioned as the wife of Rostam (Persian hero) (Also called Rostam-e-Dastan) and as the daughter of Samanganshah, the sovereign of Samangan. For more information, see here.
Nizam is the brother of the king of Persia and the uncle of Dastan (the Prince). There is no Vizier in the movie, however, Nizam essentially is the movie version of the Vizier being that he is the main antagonist and also the chief conspirator in the plot to kill his brother, the king.
No. Once the end credits begin to roll, the show is over.
