Storyline

FIONA IS A YOUNG AMERICAN WOMAN WHO LEAVES HER WESTERN LIFE TO WORK AT A SHELTER FILLED WITH OVER 100,000 STARVING SOMALI REFUGEES ON THE KENYAN BORDER. ONE EVENING SHE CROSSES INTO SOMALIA TO HELP SMUGGLE AID TO OTHERS IN NEED. FIONA AND HER FELLOW WORKERS, INCLUDING ISINA, A 13 YEAR OLD AFRICAN GIRL, ARE CAUGHT BY THE VICIOUS AL SHABAAB MILITIA.
