BBC reports that, while several cast members have arrived in Ireland, an iconic space ship may have surfaced in the country as well. New photos show a massive structure that is covered with tarps, which many have speculated is the Millennium Falcon. This unknown structure is seen on the edge of a cliff, reportedly a mile from Banba's Crown, »

Don't Breathe Trailer Will Leave You Gasping for Air

Director Fede Alvarez's Evil Dead remake was one of the more well received reboots in recent memory, and it did not have fans breaking the Internet, demanding his head. Even though the thriller didn't get a proper sequel due to original star Bruce Campbell and director Sam Raimi taking the franchise to the small screen with Starz' equally well-recieved Ash Vs The Evil Dead, Fede hasn't given up on the horror genre yet. And his next is already being heralded as a modern day classic. Today, we have the first trailer for Don't Breathe, which promises to be one of the most frightening movies of the year.

Don't Breathe arrives from Screen Gems and Sam Raimi's Ghost House Pictures. It reunites Alvarez with his Evil Dead leading lady Jane Levy, and they appear to have a stellar actor-director chemistry. Also starring in this harrowing ride is Goosebumps star Dylan Minnette and Daniel Zovatto, »

Godzilla 2 Loses Director Gareth Edwards

Just a few days ago, Warner Bros. and Legendary made some changes to its release schedule, pushing Godzilla 2 back nine months from June 8, 2018 to March 22, 2019, while issuing a May 29, 2020 release date for Godzilla Vs Kong, which ties into next year's Kong: Skull Island. Now that that Godzilla 2 has a new release date, the project has suffered a setback, with director Gareth Edwards parting ways with the project. It isn't clear yet if Warner Bros. and Legendary have any candidates in mind to replace the filmmaker, but with nearly three years to go until this hits theaters, there is still plenty of time to find a directorial replacement.

Deadline reports that the split between Gareth Edwards and Warner Bros. was amicable, and that both parties agreed on the filmmaker parting ways before the new release date was announced. This report reveals that the filmmaker had several projects he wanted »

Fantastic Four 2 May Still Happen

Several months before 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four hit theaters, the studio announced plans for The Fantastic Four 2, setting a 2017 release date for the sequel. Unfortunately for the studio, Fantastic Four was a colossal bomb, taking in just $11.3 million in its opening weekend last August, en route to a disappointing $56.1 million domestic gross. The movie fared a bit better internationally, with a worldwide total of $167.9 million, but it still wasn't the big hit that the studio envisioned. Shortly after the release, rumors swirled that the sequel was canceled, and in November, the studio pulled the movie from its 2017 release schedule. As it turns out, though, the sequel may still happen.

There were other reports last year that the studio was pulling Fantastic Four 2 in favor of Deadpool 2, which is now certainly happening, after Deadpool took in $762.1 million worldwide. The last we heard about Fantastic Four 2 was in January, when star Michael B. »

Pixels already gave us a taste of what a Centipede movie could be, and featured in one of that movie's biggest set pieces. 9 hours ago

Across five movies featuring The Predator, the elusive hunter has changed up his look ever so slightly. But for the most part, he has always been recognizable as the deadly killing machine first seen in the 1987 classic starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the upcoming Predator reboot/sequel from Nice Guys director Shane Black, the title monster is getting a make-over. Though, we suspect he'll still be recognizable as the Predator we've all come to know and love.

Predator 4 is coming from Shane Black, who got his start early in Hollywood as a screenwriter responsible for such classics as Lethal Weapon and The Last Boy Scout. He also co-wrote Monster Squad with Fred Dekker, who is back to help Black with this new Predator reboot, which is confirmed to be a direct sequel to all of the previous movies. Though it will ditch the mythology set up in the Alien Vs »

Tremors TV Show Is a 10 Episode Miniseries Says Kevin Bacon

12 May 2016 5:12 PM, PDT

Back in November, news broke that a new TV series is being developed based on the 1990 cult classic Tremors, with Kevin Bacon in the lead. He starred in the original as monster hunter Valentine McKee, and is coming back to both star in and executive produce the continuation of this popular horror franchise. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything further about this TV series since then. Thankfully, Kevin Bacon revealed today that the project is still very much in development. It is being planned as a 10-episode mini-series. Unfortunately, we don't know much else at this point.

Kevin Bacon himself shared the news today during a video Q&A session on his Twitter page, where he was asked by a fan if he'd actually consider making another Tremors movie. Sadly, the actor doesn't shed any light on the story, or when the series may air, but it seems the miniseries is still in active development. »

Space Jam 2 Is Doomed Says Original Space Jam Director

12 May 2016 5:08 PM, PDT

Is now a good time for Space Jam 2? Director of the 1996 original Joe Pytka sure doesn't think so. Not because audiences aren't hungry for it. But because the NBA just doesn't have the same colorful cast of athletes that it did 20 years ago. Because of this, he thinks the movie is gearing up to be a big flop at the box office.

LeBron James was officially confirmed to be taking over for Michael Jordan last week in a sequel to Space Jam that will pair the pro basketball player up with the Looney Tunes All-Stars. The original movie earned $90 million at the domestic box office when it was released in November 1996. It would go onto pull in a healthy $230 million worldwide, opening against The Mirror Has Two Faces starring Barbara Streisand and Jeff Bridges. While it opened at #1 during its first weekend of release, it quickly fell to Star Trek: First Contact »
