IMPORTANT: IMDb is the world's most popular and authoritative source for movie, TV and celebrity content. As part of our ongoing effort to continually evaluate and enhance the customer experience on IMDb, we have decided to disable IMDb's message boards on February 20, 2017. This includes the Private Message system. After in-depth discussion and examination, we have concluded that IMDb's message boards are no longer providing a positive, useful experience for the vast majority of our more than 250 million monthly users worldwide. The decision to retire a long-standing feature was made only after careful consideration and was based on data and traffic. See more

IMDb Hit List

First, thank you to all of the regular contributors to this board for the fantastic content you’ve suggested to us for Hit List now and over the last few years. We're posting to let you know that the April 17, 2012 Hit List will be the last one featured on our homepage.

Hit List was created years ago, before we had our current news system or the various social media as tools for sharing stories posted by you with the rest of our users.

Now, however, times have changed, and our focus will be to share your links and suggestions from this board with our users via our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Thank you very much for your understanding and for all of your posts and comments so far. We look forward to reading and continuing to share (albeit in a slightly different way) your works about all manner of things movie and TV-related in the years to come.
