Nice product at this price. No issues so far. Giving 1 star less because of the weight. The detachable screen is a bit heavy so makes the laptop a bit heavy for its size. Windows and office pre installed but I have not been given a back up copy of the software

Good convertible and worth for money... after update the application can be installed in sd cards. I bought 85mb's sd card working fine with this.. little hazy on magnetic mount while travel u need to hold properly.. charges fast u should shutdown ur system.
Pros: Battery life for more than 6 hrs, Display, boots very fast also with Kaspersky IS..
Cons: Charging time, One full usb port. touch screen sometimes acts funny becos of resolution.

the firmware is not made on a fresh copy of win10... instead the older win8.1 firmware has been patched with win10 & it shows everywhere... tab is extremely buggy & sluggish to use... no fun! ergonomics is crap! speakers r crap. the intel compu stick is wayyyyyyyyyy soother with same processor.
