What a great show, a peek into the lives of our favourite celebrities, what more could we want? Farooq Shaikh hosted this show, and I thought he was a pretty decent host. There were times when I wanted someone younger and more modern to host it, but more often than not he proved that age does not matter. He was a good talk show host, in the end.
Interviews with your favourite stars, their families, their friends, their lives unfold in front of you - and the makeup and glamour falls away, and you see the real person behind it all. A very interesting and meaningful TV show. I wish it had kept on going, and was still running today, now there is a new version that isn't as good. But for me, the original Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai will always win.
