App Never works anymore
I used to use this app all the time. It was so convenient and saved time instead of driving all over trying to find movies. It used to not work maybe once a week/month. Recently, it hasn't been able to load locations where the movies are available for at least three weeks straight so I can't even try to find a movie. I live out of town so the app used to help us decide if we wanted to stop and pick up a movie or not. It's not worth it to go out of our way if the movies are not available or not at a nearby location. It especially is frustrating when I get "app only" codes to use for free movies and then the app doesn't work. I've already lost out on 3 free movies that I've kept track of. Probably more. Not sure why it's not working but it's only gotten worse and no one is fixing it.
I keep trying with no success...
I keep trying to use this app and it never works correctly. I get all the way to check out and then when I enter my card information, it says it is unable to process my card at this time and to try a different card. It's seriously happened every time I've used this app. Then when I go to the website and use the exact same card information, everything works just fine. I might as well just delete the app since it never works. I thought the update might help but I just tried again and it's still doing the same thing. Whatever.
Great......BUT
Simple, easy, straightforward! This app is great.
BUT......
The security system password requirements are waaaaay too much and the maximum login attempts before being locked out is two. That's right, you put in the wrong password twice you have to wait 30 minutes. Who the hell cares about redbox security THAT much? Come on. If someone hacks my account the only thing they can do is rent movies..... Until I change the password/credit card info. Come on guys. Lighten up. It's movie rentals, not my credit card statement.
