It is currently planned to be a re-launch for a new trilogy of films; however, in the world of Hollywood, plans can change quickly. Regardless, Terminator is way too profitable of a franchise to write off after any one failure. It is a safe bet that regardless of how they present it, more films will be on the way.
The film is a sequel, canon in the world of the first four films, but not the TV series. In this film, events of the first four film are altered via an alternate timeline.
No. He has, however, recently expressed an interest in possibly returning to the franchise one day.
A few ages are presented for Arnold in the film due to the alternate timeline: Arnold circa 1984 (digital recreation), and through the years the Arnold which was originally sent to 1991 sent instead much earlier. The logic is that since the terminators are covered in human tissue, the biological human tissue ages just as humans would.
The film is not yet rated by the MPAA. While many have made claims about it "being entirely consistent with PG-13" or "probably R", the facts are that these people have not seen the final product on which to base this. The first 3 films were "R", with the 4th opting for a PG-13. While worth noting that the 4th film's PG-13 rating was not warmly received by the fan base, any claim as to this film's rating is ENTIRELY speculation until the MPAA rates the film. Before production, executive producer Megan Ellison stated on Twitter she wanted to take the franchise back to its R-rated roots. However, her brother David Ellison, known for producing big-budget PG-13 films, became involved after production began.
