29 Pictures That Prove Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps Will Stand the Test of Time

20 December 2016 5:25 PM, PST | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps have a friendship that has spanned nearly 20 years - which is like a century in Hollywood years. The two met while starring on Dawson's Creek together in the early 2000s and have cultivated an inspiring, supportive, and long-lasting bond. Busy is the godmother of Michelle's daughter, Matilda, from her marriage to Heath Ledger, and most recently she was accompanied by her Bff at a screening for her new film Manchester by the Sea. Michelle told reporters of Busy, "I'm so in love with her. She's proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That's the love of my life right there." Awww! Prepare to smile (and feel nostalgic) as you look back on photos of their friendship. Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams's #Tbt Photo Proves Celebrities Are Actually Just Like Us

19 December 2016 8:27 AM, PST | Popsugar.com | See recent Popsugar news »

Unlike a lot of short-lived Hollywood friendships, Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams have remained BFFs ever since starring on Dawson's Creek together in the early 2000s. Because of this, the pair has over 15 years worth of photos of each other, and apparently some of them are just as cringeworthy as your high school yearbook photo. Busy shared an epic #Tbt post on Instagram on Monday, which shows just how far she and the Manchester by the Sea actress have come since 2001. "2001/2016 I love that we almost always stand on the same side of each other. Also, can I just say - we aren't at a costume party in 2001. That's legit how we were dressed for a regular night out," she captioned the side-by-side shots. "I guess I really was my character from Cougartown? And thank God my eyebrows grew back." 16 December 2016 4:39 AM, PST | Entertainment Tonight | See recent Entertainment Tonight news »

Megan Mullally is on board for a Will & Grace revival, but she does have some demands.

On Thursday's Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asks the 58-year-old actress what it would take for herself and her co-stars, Debra Messing, Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes, to agree to star in a revamp of the beloved series.

"I would assume they'd have to back up three dump trucks worth of money to get you guys to do it," Cohen tells Mullally. "Am I correct in that, or has enough time passed that you're like, 'It was so fun, we'd do it for one dump truck of money?'"

"Well, you know, like, three [dump trucks worth of money] is good," Mullally quips. »

Michelle Williams admits that her life at 36 isn't what she imagined.

In an interview with the December issue of Porter magazine, the actress opens up about raising her daughter, Matilda, without Heath Ledger, who died in January 2008 when his daughter was just 2 years old. "In all honesty, for pretty much everything else, I feel like I'm a believer in not fighting circumstances, accepting where you are and where you've been. In pretty much all senses but one," Williams explains. "I would be able to go totally down that line of thinking were it not for Matilda not having her dad. You know, that's just something that doesn't… I mean, it just won't ever be right."

'Gilmore Girls' First Episode: THR's 2000 Review

21 November 2016 2:18 PM, PST | The Hollywood Reporter - TV News | See recent The Hollywood Reporter - TV News news »

On Oct. 5, 2000, Gilmore Girls premiered on the then-wb network and became a critical favorite early in its run. The Hollywood Reporter's original review is below:

Perhaps by accident, the WB Network has landed a drama series that isn't about young female witches, adolescent sexual longing or kids who speak with the wisdom and maturity of philosophy professors. Gilmore Girls is a genuine gem in the making, a family-friendly hour unburdened by trite cliche or precocious pablum. It is as fresh and real as Dawson's Creek is stale and contrived. In the process, it reenergizes the 8 o'clock hour with »

Busy Philipps Isn't Sold on a Freaks and Geeks Reboot: "People Want to Move On"

It's almost impossible to keep track of all the reboots and sequels hitting the big and small screens lately. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will be here before you know it, Prison Break is coming back to raise your blood pressure yet again in 2017, but the one show you probably won't be seeing resurrected? Freaks and Geeks. The one-season wonder is a fan favorite, practically a poster child for the canceled-too-soon genre — but isn't that part of why we love it so much? Thanks to the Digital HD release of Vice Principals season one, we got to speak with Busy Philipps about why she actually loves that her current show is only formatted as two seasons. She made some great points about the importance of letting things go, especially when it comes to TV. You won't find her campaigning for a Freaks and Geeks reunion. "I feel wary of that track. »

Every Show on TV Right Now Should Take Note of How Jane the Virgin Handles Abortion

25 October 2016 7:59 AM, PDT | POPSUGAR | See recent BuzzSugar news »

Spoilers for the second episode of Jane the Virgin below. Jane the Virgin is unquestionably one of the smartest shows on television thanks to its cheeky telenovela style, realistic depiction of motherhood, and collection of female characters that are as layered and complex as they come. It should come as no surprise, then, that the CW comedy-drama has also become one of the best examples of how the small screen should be tackling abortion. In the third season's second episode, "Chapter Forty-Six," the Villanueva family discusses abortion for the third time in the show's run. Instead of demonizing the procedure or making the decision a dragged out "should I or shouldn't I?" situation, Jane the Virgin approaches abortion as if it's a totally normal, everyday occurrence (since for a lot of women in this country, it is). Throughout the season three premiere, Jane's mother Xiomara decides that she can't go through with her pregnancy, »
