Effect of AA filter cancellation on MTF-50 score.

How might the MTF-50 scores of a lens vary if tested on a camera with otherwise identical sensors where one sensor has a "well-tuned" AA filter and the other camera either has no AA filter at all or a cancelled AA filter?

A perfect case in point would be the Canon 5Ds vs the Canon 5DsR, except I don't know if the 5Ds AA filter is "well-tuned" -- it might be relatively "weak".  That, of course, brings up another question:  for cameras that do have non-cancelled AA-filters, by how much does the "strength" of these AA filters vary?  Is it all over the place or relatively consistent like QE for sensors of the same generation?
