Speakers Bureau
The RAINN Speakers Bureau is made up of more than 1,500 survivors of sexual violence who volunteer to share their stories. These individuals live in every corner of the country and represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences—together they make up an invaluable resource of knowledge and strength. RAINN matches Speakers Bureau volunteers with opportunities educate the public and spread messages of hope through media interviews, local speaking opportunities, school events, and art projects.

To help us best match you with a survivor, please include your deadline and any details or requirements for your story. For instance, age range of the survivor, gender identity, type of sexual violence that the survivor experienced, and geographic area where you are focused are all helpful details. Request a Survivor
Submit a request for a survivor to speak at your event or contribute to your project. The RAINN Communications Manager will reach out to survivors who fit the specified criteria about the opportunity. Interested survivors will contact the organizer directly if they wish to participate.

Download an application and apply today. We are always looking for people from different backgrounds who are willing to share their story in different ways, such as: speaking to school and community groups, participating in magazine interviews, writing a column for a newsletter, or sharing your story on RAINN’s website.
