TTL Flash Gas extinguished

I've been looking into the TTL flash options for quite a while, and decided to go the used way.The FL50 ticked all the boxes, but is way over my budget, so getting a used unit was the only option for me.

I found a really nice one on Ebay, and at 99$ was a steal. If the unit is really in good condition. So, it arrived yesterday, and I have a shoot today for its first field test.

Since I have a couple Yongnuos which I use for OCF, it didn't really matter that it was the FL50 instead of the FL50-R, which includes the RC option. I use a wireless radio trigger (YN560-TX) for my studio setup, so I don't really use optical triggers. So this will become my go to flash for running and gunning brides, birthday boys and gals, running kids, group shots, etc.

So far, from the outside, it looks it was used very little. Even the foot have almost no wear marking from the hotshoe. Battery contacts are intact, and for the first couple shots, is working 100%.

A nice thing about this flash is that you can get spare parts relatively cheap.

I'm just very happy with my find, and just wanted to share it with you.
