OM no different than FD or AI, etc.

The OM mount is no more abandoned than similar legacy mounts from other brands. Olympus made an OM to 4/3 and m43 adapter, what more can one expect from a legacy, manual focus system adapted for digital AF?

The only difference between using OM lenses on a current body vs. a Canon FD, or Nikon AI lens on a current C/N body is the lack of a FF sensor to give the native AOV of the legacy lens. Which brings us back to the original subject of this post...

And yes, I would love an Olympus FF body with a set of sharp, compact primes from 18-135mm for landscape work. But I can't justify supporting two systems, and I'm not sure Olympus can either.
