A6000 still a good camera?

Im swaying back and forward between the D5500 and the a6000, Ive held both side by side and love them both for similar reasons. Both are small. Of course the d5500 is bigger with a lens, but the a6000 with a 55-210 isnt small either. I love the fast shooting speed on the a6000 and focus peaking.

I hate the lack of lens range nikon has or the reasonable price some quality lenses nikon has. But the news of the 70-300mm FE has got me re thinking. grabbing the 55-210 and making do until its released. buying mostly primes as there are very many good small zooms at $300 in the sony line up. plus I only need a 16mm and 30mm and the 55-210 and i feel covered. ive got feet.

but the a6300 now makes me feel inadequate, even though i cant afford it. it has also dropped the a6000 by $100 here so thats a plus.

the vibrant colours of the a6000 were what first grabbed me, then the fast focus, then the focus peaking.

does the sony android app work with it?
