PEN-F or A6300?

I am not a beginner, but I'm no expert either. Somewhere in the middle of the enthusiasts. I am looking to move into a system camera. I have shortlisted the PEN-F and Sony A6300. I want great IQ, but I also want it to be fun to use, and give pride of ownership. I don't want an anonymous black box. From the reviews here it seems like the PEN-F is the sexy option, with a good range of affordable lenses, or the more technically capable A6300 with more expensive lenses. I shoot mostly street and travel photography. Any advice welcome
