Bertoli Mitchell arranges the sale of Radcliffe Healthcare to Taylor & Francis

Bertoli Mitchell is pleased to announce that it acted for Electric Word Plc in the sale of Radcliffe Healthcare.
Radcliffe is the UK’s market-leading publisher in general practice and primary healthcare. It has also developed a strong programme in areas adjacent to primary care, including mental health, healthcare management, education and palliative care while concurrently building Masterpass into a valuable series of exam preparation guides comprising 147 titles. The total list comprises c. 720 book titles, plus journals, database products and e-learning resources.
Bertoli Mitchell helped to structure and manage the process from initiation to completion. The business was acquired by Taylor & Francis in June 2015.
