Had no idea what to expect out of a "film" on eating right, but this one went way beyond expectations. Rujuta manages to speak logically and scientifically about the relevance of our traditional wisdom and practices related to food. Especially useful are the sections on Ghee and food combinations.

A waste of money and time. This is fast becoming a mutual admirers' club with the same old faces flattering each other all the time whether in her books, in the interviews, or in this DVD. You won't learn anything you don't already know about food here.
