Jared Fogle just got a big break from his prison bosses ... a break that could potentially save his life.

We've learned Steven Nigg, the inmate who beat him to a pulp in January, is no longer a threat, because he's been moved hundreds of miles away.

Our sources say prison officials talked to Nigg who made it clear ... he would brutalize Fogle again if given the opportunity, because of his seething hatred toward child molesters.

Prison officials decided the only way to ensure Fogle's safety was to move Nigg to an Oklahoma facility, 700 miles from the Colorado facility the former Subway spokesman calls home.

Scott Weiland's widow, Jamie, says the singer shorted her by more than $60k when he reneged on a prenup deal that promised her $2k per month of wedded bliss.

Jamie filed a claim against Weiland's estate saying the late singer owes her $64,406. 

According to Jamie, her and Scott signed a prenup before their 2013 wedding. It was cut and dry ... what was his before the marriage remained his, and vice versa. 

The doc also waived Jamie's right to spousal support if they divorced, but Scott agreed to drop $2k a month into a separate account for Jamie. She was even supposed to get annual 7 percent raises. But Jamie says Scott had only made 2 deposits by the time he died in December of 2015.

She says had Scott kept up his end of the bargain, she'd have the $64,406.

Jamie wants Weiland's estate to cough up the dough pronto.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. opened the door -- literally -- to a gunman who pumped 7 bullets into Suge Knight's body ... and his lawyer says it's all a sinister, shocking conspiracy.

Suge's new lawyer, Thaddeus Culpepper, filed legal docs in which he alleges a Sheriff's deputy was working a venue -- 1 OAK in WeHo -- for the 2014 VMA weekend when he let the shooter inside the club.

According to the docs, surveillance video clearly shows Deputy Henry Boyd letting the gunman inside the club, shortly before shots rang out.

The docs go on to allege the shooter confessed that Dr. Dre paid him and a friend $50k for the hit. The docs then claim the Sheriff's dept. inexplicably released the shooter from custody.

Culpepper goes on to say he is privy to video shot at LAX which allegedly shows Deputy Boyd helping the gunman flee the country. 

The docs claim Deputy Boyd was questioned by authorities about the shooting and subsequently resigned from the department.

We reached out to Dre's camp ... so far no word back. 

"Real World: Skeletons" star Tony Raines narrowly avoided a DUI, but still got busted for boozing in public after a crazy night in Charleston, South Carolina.

Witnesses told cops Raines was driving his truck in a motel parking lot Wednesday night when he almost struck a pedestrian -- and then backed the truck into a parked moped. Someone called the cops and an officer spoke with Tony, but he was not arrested since the moped owner wasn't there at the time to file a complaint. 

Tony wasn't done -- an hour later he was in a Burger King parking lot and almost hit another vehicle. This time police responded and found him sitting in his truck with an open can of Budweiser. 

He was booked for drinking in public, and had his car towed. Since the car was parked, he dodged a DUI.

According to his manager ... Tony thought it was okay to have an open container, like he does back home in Baton Rouge, and he's learned a hard lesson.

Michelle Rodriguez has deep regrets about Paul Walker's death ... she's upset he went before her.

Michelle did an interview about her recent experience under the influence of a psychedelic plant/drug called Ayahuasca. She had taken it weeks before the interview, but it sounds like she's still a little under its spell when she rhapsodizes about life and death.

In the end, she talks about her pain over losing Paul Walker. But her regrets are pretty shocking.

Erik Bauersfeld, the actor who voiced the classic 'Star Wars' line ... "It's a trap!" ... has died.

Bauersfeld was the voice of rebellion Admiral Ackbar in 'Return of the Jedi' and returned last year for 'The Force Awakens.' 

Bauersfeld died Sunday morning at home in the Bay Area, according to The Hollywood Reporter ... which first reported his death.

Probably only the biggest 'Star Wars' fans realize that he was also the voice of Jabba the Hutt's right hand man, Bib Fortuna.

He was 93.

A couple of Shonda Rhimes' actors -- Liza Weil and Paul Adelstein -- are calling it quits, but their breakup is clearly NOT inspired by either of their juicy shows.

Liza, who stars on "How to Get Away with Murder," just filed for divorce from Paul -- a ShondaLand vet from "Private Practice," "Scandal" and "Grey's Anatomy."

They got married in October 2006, and separated in January of this year -- and, so far at least, the split seems to be free of any Shonda-esque drama.

According to the docs, Liza's requesting joint custody of their 5-year-old daughter ... and they're hashing out spousal support in mediation.

Lamar Odom's stylist is setting the record straight for all the people who think LO's been stomping around in the same grey hoodie since the night we saw him in a dive bar.

Nate Turner, who's been styling Lamar since his days with the Clippers, is PO'ed everyone can't spot the big friggin' difference in Lamar's now-signature outfit. Remember, we first saw the hoodie in question at the bar, then the next morning at Easter service ... and then again at a Lakers game.

Nate's clearing Lamar's good name though -- and points out they're clearly different hoodies. He says Odom came into his Men's Land store at the Fox Hills Mall a few weeks ago ... and picked out a few of them.

We thought Lamar was just changing t-shirts underneath the same sweatshirt, but Nate points out the shirts are actually attached to the hoodie.

So, looks like he's got a pattern: black sleeves for evenings, white for daytime ... or maybe just church. Point is ... the man's NOT wearing the same dirty hoodie everyday.

The melee that erupted around Kylie Jenner -- between a defensive grandfather and photogs -- was fueled by alcohol ... according to the grandpa's family.

We spoke to the mother of one of the 3 girls who were waiting for Kylie outside The Nice Guy Saturday night ... when the girls' grandfather opened a can of whoopass on the paps.

Sporting overalls and a cig hanging out of his mouth -- gramps looked like he was straight out of central casting, but his daughter says the fight wasn't an attempt to grab the spotlight ... it's just that he was drunk.

The mother, who wants to remain anonymous, tells us grandpa had a few drinks before going out, and then some more at a bar in Hollywood. She says the family had gone to The Nice Guy specifically to see KJ, because her 11-year-old daughter and her 2 friends are obsessed.

She says the girls are now grounded from following Kylie because she doesn't want people thinking they're stalkers. As for grandpa -- she insists he's normally a "warm, caring man."

He was NOT grounded.

Lil' Kim wasn't seeing green in Poughkeepsie ... so she bailed!

Sources tell TMZ Lil' Kim's camp canceled a concert at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in New York because she didn't get paid to perform. The show was originally slated for March 11th but was rescheduled for April 1st because the promoter couldn't sell enough tickets.  

We're told management for the venue suggested a more cozy space, but the promoter was adamant about keeping it at the 3,000 person venue ... and he insists he did pay Kim a $5,000 deposit. 

Kim's camp claims they never got any funds ... so instead, Kim chose to hang with the Kardashians in L.A. She's kinda been in the bff zone with Kim K since last week.  

Here's proof 47-year-old Will Smith still has it in the squared circle -- video of the Fresh Prince getting some in-between takes work with a woman ... who could probably really kick his ass.

Will is in NYC filming "Collateral Beauty" and took a break from set to duck into the Overthrow boxing gym ... for some light sparring with WBC women's champ Alicia Napoleon.
